I was impressed by the whole procedure, that is why I go to Boots. I first went to Boots in Bangor, N. Wales and received excellent care there and Norwich has the same standard. Efficient and friendly, I have confidence in the staff. In conversation with the person who was talking about lenses to me, I asked about her training and she was able to explain how the department meets certain standards of excellence. Appointments are not a problem. I did not feel rushed at any point. I was treated like an intelligent human being!! and any questions I had were answered. I ended up having two new pairs of glasses and can honestly say that the whole procedure was enjoyable,

Appointment very difficult to sort out through the central telephone system and the appointment was not confirmed as promised. Having said that all the in store staff were really good and helpful and so my overall experience was very positive.
